Meet Our Team
Tisha Shepersky, SPHR®, PHR®, SHRM-CP®
Executive Partner, HR ServicesTisha has over twenty years of experience providing HR services to businesses in oil and gas, tribal organizations, and healthcare. She prides herself on her client mindset, which she combines with her HR experience to deliver high-quality HR services and results to business leaders and their teams. Continuous improvement is her mantra, which shows in her commitment to staying on the leading edge of HR practices and knowledge for the benefit of her clients.
On the HR team, Tisha is a true HR generalist whose client services includes writing job descriptions, conducting compensation market analyses, administering benefits, recruiting, onboarding, resolving employee relations issues, and training.
Tisha is a graduate and cum laude from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR®), Professional Human Resources (PHR®), and Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) designations.
Tisha is originally from Northern Minnesota and has lived in Anchorage since 2004. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing the piano.
Jessica Wobick, PHR®, SHRM-CP®
Manager of HR ServicesJessica supports HR clients with knowledge in strategic management conversations, employee relations, system implementations, troubleshooting, and other administrative functions. An HR professional for over 15 years, she is known for her professionalism, organizational skills, and creating rapport with employees and managers at all levels.
Collaborating with her fellow team members to find solutions for a diverse selection of clients, each with their own distinct needs, is one thing Jessica enjoys about her role—it’s both gratifying and provides opportunities for growth.
Jessica is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) and holds the Professional Human Resources (PHR®) certification as well. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned an associate degree in culinary arts and restaurant management. (As you might expect, she loves cooking and baking.)
Born and raised in Anchorage, Jessica and her husband have two kids and often can be found camping, exploring, and traveling within Alaska and beyond.

DOL and IRS Provide Hurricane Relief Guidance
The Department of Labor (DOL), in partnership with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), released a statement in November detailing disaster relief measures for employee benefit plans, participants and sponsors affected by Hurricane Helene, Tropical Storm Helene and Hurricane Milton. While the guidance applies broadly to health, welfare and retirement plans, the following provisions are specifically relevant to retirement plan sponsors and participants.
