In the Philadelphia area, we have brought together six outstanding firms as Alera Group Philadelphia. This includes Pentra, HealthFirst, Somerset Capital, Vantage Point, Perspective Financial Group and HR inTune. Recently, Lamb Benefits – Employee Benefits Division joined our team. Every owner of each firm remains an equity partner in Alera Group. Our mission is to enhance our clients’ experience in tangible and measurable ways by building on the foundation of each firm. We strive to deliver the best possible outcomes—positively impacting our employees, clients, communities and the lives of people we serve.

Scott Crout
Financial Analyst
Scott is a Financial Analyst in the Harrisburg office.
Leighona Curry
Benefit Manager
Leighona is the Benefits Manager, as such she manages a small team of Benefits Analysts. She is responsible for developing and implementing training programs. She acts as a liaison for clients in all aspects of their benefits programs, including but not limited to responding to benefit inquires, assisting with claims, eligibility and enrollments, open enrollment and renewals. She also acts as the HRIS/Benefits database expert.
Rules to live by? Treat people with dignity and respect. Do not judge others for any reason. Be thankful for every day; someone else was not so fortunate.

Danielle Deibert
Benefit Consultant
Danielle serves as a Benefit Consultant. Danielle works closely with clients to provide consultative services with a proactive approach.
She provides daily support and coordination of her clients’ health and welfare benefits program including plan design and cost recommendations and the development of strategic alternatives. Danielle also works closely with vendor partners on her clients’ behalf to ensure seamless implementation and coordination.
Her passion for detail and organized approach, combined with her commitment to managing projects from the initial stage to completion, has made her a valuable member of Alera Group. Danielle has over 10 years of experience in the insurance field.

Elizabeth Freeze
Director, Benefit ConsultingElizabeth serves as a Senior Benefit Consultant. Elizabeth helps clients to coordinate and refine benefit plan strategies, evaluate vendor performance, negotiate renewals and implement creative funding alternatives.
She has over 20 years of experience consulting with employers on the design, funding, and administration of health and welfare benefit programs. Her experience includes utilization and financial analyses, underwriting, and strategic benefit design.
