In the Philadelphia area, we have brought together six outstanding firms as Alera Group Philadelphia. This includes Pentra, HealthFirst, Somerset Capital, Vantage Point, Perspective Financial Group and HR inTune. Recently, Lamb Benefits – Employee Benefits Division joined our team. Every owner of each firm remains an equity partner in Alera Group. Our mission is to enhance our clients’ experience in tangible and measurable ways by building on the foundation of each firm. We strive to deliver the best possible outcomes—positively impacting our employees, clients, communities and the lives of people we serve.

Kristina Krauchick
Benefit Analyst
Kristina assists in managing client renewals and proposals while providing day-to-day support. In addition, working as an advocate for employees, Kristina thoroughly researches and resolves claim issues, and handles enrollment issues as required.
She utilizes financial tools and carrier data to assist clients with their day-to-day needs. Kristina’s attention to detail and organizational skills help her meet deadlines for the client and the carrier.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from West Chester University, but has 4+ years’ experience in Healthcare Administration.
Where did you grow up? Seaville, NJ (Near the beach in Cape May County)
What did you want to be when you grew up? High School Band Director
If you were stranded on an island and could only bring one item, what would you bring? A picture of my family.
If you could have lived through any event in history, what would it have been? The Apollo 11 Landing, 1969.

Patti LeStourgeon
Administrative Assistant
Patti LeStourgeon is a part time Administrative Assistant and has been with the firm since 2014. She handles administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Patti’s previous work experience was in health care recruiting for two large Philadelphia health systems.
Patti has a Bachelor of Arts from Holy Family University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Temple University. She resides in Media, PA, with her husband and two sons.

Greg Lieb
Senior Financial Analyst
Greg serves as a Benefit and Financial Analyst. Greg analyzes client data to recommend financial solutions. He prepares financial and clinical reporting while working with client account teams to examine results of financial modeling scenarios.
He assists in developing recommendations and proposing alternatives. He also supports clients by assisting with vendor evaluations and renewals.
In addition, he brings an organized and goal-driven approach to Alera Group to help manage projects toward success. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.

Connie Maisch
VP of Operations
Connie Maisch is the VP of Operations at Perspective Financial Group, an Alera Group Company; she has been with the firm since 1985, dating back to its days as Lee & Associates. She is responsible for the daily operations and management necessary to ensure the firm has the proper administrative, reporting procedures and systems in place to effectively grow the firm and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Connie enjoys the diversity of her position and the sense of accomplishment that comes from completing the tasks of her numerous responsibilities.
Connie has been commissioned as a Notary Public since 2002 also Medallion Signature Guarantee certified, which has proven to be helpful to our clients.
Connie and her husband David have resided in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania since 1997. They have 3 sons and 3 grandchildren.

Deadline for San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance is approaching
The annual San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance (SF HCSO) reporting by employers that have employees who work in the City of or County of San Francisco is due by May 2, 2025. Employers should be aware of the upcoming deadline even if they are not located in San Francisco.
The SF HCSO requires large and medium-sized employers to provide covered employees with benefits equal to or greater than the expenditure rate. Covered employees are those who have been employed for more than 90 days and who regularly work at least eight hours per week within the City of and County of San Francisco.
