Meet Our Team
Todd Linn
Employee Benefits Manager / Shareholder
Todd is the manager of the group benefits division of HMK. Todd started his career in 1995 working on the carrier side of the business shortly after graduating from Dickinson College. Todd joined HMK in 1999 to oversee the personal lines division and shortly thereafter created the benefits division to offer personalized, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to meet the unique insurance needs of each of the firm’s clients. Todd serves as the lead to assure successful completion of all consulting services including executive level client interface and final review and approval of all client deliverables. Todd holds a CIC designation (certified insurance counselor), has sat on the education committee of the Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare, the healthcare committee for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, past legislative chair for the Northeast PA Association of Health Underwriters, and has won the SUITS award for insurance, and Eastern PA Business Journal 20 under 40 award.
Jason Lloyd
Commercial Insurance Consultant
Jason Lloyd is a Commercial Insurance Consultant at Alera Group with extensive experience in the insurance industry. He specializes in creating tailored risk management strategies that reduce overall risks and insurance costs for clients. As a licensed Property & Casualty producer, Jason focuses on the Construction, Artisan Contractor, and Manufacturing space, bringing expertise and a client-focused approach to every engagement. He values building strong relationships and prioritizes educating clients on how to make themselves an attractive risk. His approach involves a thorough assessment of client risk profiles, potential exposures, and developing comprehensive insurance solutions, covering property and casualty, life, health, and specialty lines.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Albright College and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He is actively involved in the Philadelphia Master Plumbers Association. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is happily married with two young children in Montgomery County. His personal interests include hunting, fishing, camping, and skiing.
Brynne Miller
Regional Director of Property & Casualty
Brynne serves as the Regional Director of Property & Casualty for Central Pennsylvania, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on driving growth and retention across the region.
With over a decade of industry experience, Brynne began her insurance career in 2011 and has since collaborated with agencies across 18 states to expand their markets and accelerate business development. She holds the CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) designation and began pursuing her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) in 2025.
Brynne earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from the Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania. She resides in the Central Susquehanna Valley with her husband of 12 years, Joe, and their daughter, Genevieve.
Outside of work, Brynne enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets—including three cats (Sonic, Ivy, and Mulligan) and a dog named Ember. Her favorite motto is: “The expert was once the beginner.”
Lori Moser
Employee Benefits Operations Manager
Lori is our Operations Manager of Employee Benefits for HMK Insurance, an Alera Group Company. She has over 20 years of experience in the health insurance and group benefits field. Lori ensures a positive client experience by building strong relationships with group administrators in the human resource department by handling daily communications, renewals, and compliance. She also manages our team of account managers who focus on customer service, billing, and claims. Her ability to navigate the complexity of account management allows her clients to rest easy knowing that their employees’ health benefits are in capable hands. Her professional knowledge, strong work ethic, time management skills, and pleasant personality makes her a key member of our HMK team. Lori is your primary contact for any questions or concerns regarding your employee benefits program.
