Meet Our Team
Alan Pfizenmayer
Business Development Associate
As a Business Development Associate, Alan supports the HMK Insurance team by identifying and developing potential new clients. He works with prospective clients to secure a meeting where HMK team members can thoughtfully present business owners with our insurance solutions. Alan’s strong organizational and social skills along with his competitive, never give up attitude, allow him to excel in his position.
Outside of the insurance world, Alan enjoys coaching football and wrestling, golfing, and being involved with the Lehigh Valley Wrestling Club & Miracle League.
Ryan Rispoli
Vice President
Ryan is a Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Professional with prior insurance marketing, sales and risk management background. Ryan joined HMK as an agent in 2010 and has since built the largest book of business in the agency through his dedication, hard work and knowledge of insurance. He is also an official shareholder at HMK which shows his commitment to both HMK and the insurance industry. Ryan works on developing new sales production as well as working with his team to service existing clients. He cares deeply for his clients and works very hard to be a small part of their success. He does so by negotiating coverage limits, terms and conditions with underwriters and insurance carriers, reviewing contract insurance specifications and developing risk transfer programs for clients along with safety and loss control practices. Ryan excels in relationship building and earning the trust of his clients as a consultant and advocate for their business. He is very cognizant of maintaining great relationships with our insurance carriers and holds himself to a high level of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Susquehanna University as well as his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. He is involved with both The Lehigh Valley Builders Association (LVBA) and Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and participates in all the charity events organized by HMK. Outside of HMK it is all about family and friends for Ryan. He is happily married with two young children- daughter ,Olivia and son, Christopher. Ryan grew up in the Lehigh Valley and his family currently resides in Hanover Township. Other interests include traveling, the outdoors (especially the beach), golf, and skiing.
Rob Roberts
Vice President of Sales/Management Team Member
Rob joined the HMK team as the Vice President of Sales in 2019. His responsibilities include coaching and driving producer production, talent acquisition, developing a winning sales culture and effectively leading the sales division to hit organic revenue goals. Rob also serves as an acting member of the HMK Management Team contributing to the overall operation of the agency.
Rob has 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry which includes working as a Senior Commercial Lines Producer for Penn Community Insurance and as a Regional and MSM Manager at Sentry Insurance. His relationship building skills and ability to communication a clear concise message allows him to excel as a sales leader. Rob is a graduate from King’s College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He enjoys golf, fishing and is a coach for AAU basketball.
Neil Ryan
Senior Claims Advocate
With an impressive career spanning more than twenty years, Neil Ryan has cultivated extensive expertise in claim handling across the insurance landscape. His journey encompassed diverse roles as an adjuster, SIU investigator, and field claim representative. Within the HMK Insurance and Alera family, Neil plays a pivotal role as our Senior Claims Advocate, assuming the crucial responsibility of bridging the gap between clients and the insurance companies we represent in times of claims.
Neil's unwavering commitment revolves around safeguarding the best interests of our clientele, orchestrating seamless interactions during claim processes. He skillfully manages large claims, where he expedites resolutions while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Drawing upon his communication skills and wealth of experience, Neil excels in his role.
Neil holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice and psychology from Lycoming College. He is a licensed adjuster in Delaware, Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He was awarded the Unsung Hero award by The Insurance Alliance of Central PA in 2013.
Neil resides in Macungie with his wife and three daughters. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golf, traveling, craft beer, sporting events, and attending concerts.
