Meet Our Team
Melissa Carbaugh
Personal Lines Account Manager
Melissa, “Missy,” is a Personal Lines Account Manager at our Chambersburg office. Prior to joining the team in 2018, Missy worked in child care and retail.
Her favorite part of her job is talking to customers, especially the regulars. She looks forward to their visits each month. Missy and her husband Mike have three daughters, Emilee, Sarah and Abby, and two sons-in-law, Zach and Judson. They also have a beagle named Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband to new and exciting places.
Veronica Cuevas
Personal Lines Account Manager
Veronica is a licensed insurance professional specializing in personal lines insurance, with experience in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Her areas of focus include auto, homeowners, renters, and personal umbrella policies, and she works with a variety of trusted carriers to provide tailored coverage at competitive rates.
Veronica takes pride in offering a consultative and service-oriented approach, ensuring that each client fully understands their options and receives coverage that aligns with their specific risk profile and financial goals. She is committed to building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and responsiveness.
Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.
Gina Dietz
Accounting Manager
Gina joined the accounting team in 2013. As our Accounting Manager, her responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and commissions. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
In her spare time, Gina enjoys traveling with her husband and their two daughters.
Kaleigh Droneburg
Personal Lines Account Manager
Kaleigh’s duties as a Personal Lines Account Manager include helping clients maximize their coverage for the most competitive premium. She provides quotes for insurance policies per the client’s needs and assists clients with understanding their current and available coverage. In addition, she processes proof of insurance and invoices for lenders.
Kaleigh holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Marketing. She is individually licensed to write insurance in PA, MD, WV, VA and has worked in the insurance industry since 2019.
Her favorite part of her job is being responsive and efficient for her insureds.
In her free time, Kaleigh enjoys visiting new places and trying new activities with her husband, Cory, and sons, Cory Lee and Crue.

Bell Insurance's normal office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have sustained a loss and need to report a claim during those hours, please call us at (717) 264-7518.

In the event of an after-hours claim or emergency, please contact your carrier directly.
