Bell Insurance, Inc., an Alera Group Company, is a full-service independent insurance agency, offering a wide array of personal and commercial insurance products. Established in 1987, we serve the insurance needs of more than 9,000 individuals & families and 2,500 businesses.
In 2021, Bell joined Alera Group, an independent, national insurance and financial services firm created through the merger of like-minded, high-performing, entrepreneurial companies across the United States. Alera Group provides us access to resources, technical expertise, and best practices of a larger national firm while maintaining local personal care and thoughtful customer service. Meet Our Team
Holly James
Personal Lines Producer
Holly is a Personal Lines Producer and has been on the Bell team since 2000. In her position, she writes any type of personal insurance, including auto, boat, RV, motorcycle and snowmobile. She enjoys making the insurance work for the customer and ensuring they are getting the best coverage for the money.
Holly has been a licensed agent for 25 years. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing with her husband, two daughters, two sons-in-law and granddaughter and spoiling her two dogs.
Jennifer Jones
Personal Lines Manager
As our Personal Lines Manager, Jennifer oversees the personal lines department, writes business, and works with clients on their personal insurance needs. She also meets with company representatives to gather information to help the personal lines team work smoothly and efficiently. Jennifer joined the team in 2010.
Before starting her insurance career, Jennifer worked in logistics for both Whirlpool and a major trucking company. Her favorite part of her job is working to fulfill the individual needs of each of her clients and finding the perfect insurance for their situation. She also enjoys being the manager of the personal lines department and being the go-to for her agents when they need assistance.
In her spare time, Jennifer lives life to the fullest with her husband and daughter. They love traveling and seeing new places, going on cruises and visiting Disney World.
Rose Mason
Personal Lines Producer
Rose is a Personal Lines Producer and has worked in the insurance industry for 25 years. In her position, she networks and develops leads, meets with prospective clients to review their individual insurance needs, and meets with existing clients to perform reviews.
Her favorite part of her job is interacting with clients, hearing and sharing stories, and building long-term relationships.
Rose has been married to her husband Dave for 16 years. They have a large, blended family with five children and 13 grandchildren.
Angie Shaffer, CISR
Commercial Lines Agent
Angela is a Small Business - Commercial Lines Agent and has been a team member since 2001. She quotes and services small business commercial accounts. Her favorite part of her job is helping clients save money while making sure their assets are properly protected.
In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with friends and family.
