Dani loves helping businesses connect all the pieces and fill positions with the right candidates. She works closely with our HR leads and clients to execute all aspects of the recruiting cycle, from developing job descriptions and compelling postings to creating questionnaires and conducting screening interviews.

She also spent 3.5 years recruiting in the industry, hiring over 300 veterinary professionals during a mass exodus prompted in part by the pandemic.
