Alera Group Acquires Three New Firms

New Acquisitions Expand Benefits and Risk Management Expertise

DEERFIELD, IL — Alera Group, a leading national employee benefits, property and casualty, risk management and wealth management firm, has acquired four new firms: CRISP Insurance Advisors, Lively Insurance and Loretz Insurance, LLC. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

CRISP Insurance Advisors (CRISP), a New Jersey based firm,was formed in 2012 after merging a personal and commercial lines agency with an employee benefits firm. CRISP is a boutique insurance agency built on the foundation of integrity, expertise and synergy. CRISP seeks to provide clients with outstanding customized strategies and solutions that meet their unique insurance needs.

Lively Insurance is a progressive employee benefits firm that provides strategic solutions to businesses and municipalities. For more than 20 years, Lively Insurance has focused on a customer centric approach. They strive to aid their clients to find the most advantageous solutions for their employee benefit packages. Lively Insurance will join Alera Group through local firm CBP.

Loretz Insurance, LLC specializes in professional liability and offers all lines of insurance, from Buy-Sell Agreements to Cyber Liability. The firm’s mission is to bring clients innovative insurance solutions at prices they can afford. Loretz Insurance will join Alera Group through local firm Kaercher Insurance.
