Andrea joined the firm in 2019 as an Account Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She obtained her Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM) designation substantiating her knowledge of insurance products, operational structures, and legislative and regulatory issues within the benefits industry. In addition to her industry knowledge, Andrea brings an accomplished use of her degree through a personal determination to see her team always succeed. She has experience at all levels of the insurance industry and is skilled in training and team building, along with a demonstrated history of success in leading clients through benefits administration and overall employee engagement. Andrea also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University of Pennsylvania. Andrea is always on the go but makes time to spend with her family and watch her favorite sports teams. She is also an avid reader and music aficionado.
