Danielle joined in 2003, and serves as the Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits. She is responsible for leading continuous improvement of the firm’s operational elements impacting client service and delivery and ensuring consistency in the Alera Group client experience.

She works closely with her clients to establish strong, active relationships, and to provide proactive and consultative expertise based on each client’s unique challenges.
