About Us
CRISP began operations in 2012 as a combination of two highly successful organizations – Frank J. Bongiorno in personal/commercial lines and The Stettler Group, Inc. in employee benefits – coupled with the client-centered operating platform of CRISP. The Frank J. Bongiorno agency has been operating for more than 20 years by providing superior service to both its commercial insurance and personal lines clients. The Stettler Group has been providing innovative employee benefits for more than 30 years. Together these companies have formed CRISP, bringing their individual value into a combined platform that provides tremendous benefit to its client base.
Crisp Insurance Advisors, LLC joined Alera Group in November 2018. Alera Group’s mission is to transform the client experience by providing a greater depth and breadth of tools, resources, education, innovative thinking, and constant collaboration. The firm combines a strong local team with national resources to deliver the best possible outcomes—positively impacting clients, employees, communities, and the lives of people where we live and work.
CRISP is a boutique insurance agency offering and delivering the best service, best value, and the best approach to our clients’ insurance and employee benefits needs.
We have put together a team with exceptional experience and a proven track record of great success. The combination of these individuals into a single operating company creates an even broader and deeper offering to our clients.
Today’s ever-changing marketplace demands exceptional expertise, customer-centered service, and an operation platform that brings the best to our clients. We are confident that CRISP brings all of this level of value to all of our clients.
Our Philosophy
The Best Markets
Our partnerships with some of the world’s best insurers gives us the ability to keep a competitive marketplace for our new and existing clients. The strong relationships we have allow us to make sure our clients are getting the best product at the most competitive pricing year after year.
The Best Service
When clients engage us, they learn very quickly that we pride ourselves on service. We are prompt, professional and attentive to detail. In fact, we earn continuing praise from our clients for our responsiveness. Perhaps that’s because, above all, we regard them as people, not just policies.
The Best Experience
Our clients’ insurance portfolios are managed by a team of experienced professionals who know you by name when you call. Our primary goal is to educate our clients so that they understand what the risks are and the many risk management techniques they can employ to mitigate those exposures. In doing such we create an educated consumer with access to the broadest carrier options available. Paired with extraordinary service model the experience our clients have should be unparalleled. Our company goal has always been to change the way individuals and companies view insurance.
