Meet Our Team
Jennifer Jones
Personal Lines Manager
As our Personal Lines Manager, Jennifer oversees the personal lines department, writes business, and works with clients on their personal insurance needs. She also meets with company representatives to gather information to help the personal lines team work smoothly and efficiently. Jennifer joined the team in 2010.
Before starting her insurance career, Jennifer worked in logistics for both Whirlpool and a major trucking company. Her favorite part of her job is working to fulfill the individual needs of each of her clients and finding the perfect insurance for their situation. She also enjoys being the manager of the personal lines department and being the go-to for her agents when they need assistance.
In her spare time, Jennifer lives life to the fullest with her husband and daughter. They love traveling and seeing new places, going on cruises and visiting Disney World.
Natalie Kinsinger
Marketing Manager
Natalie joined the team in 2013 and serves as our Marketing Manager. Her favorite part of her job is collaborating with staff, designing materials and managing marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining Alera, she worked in the communications department for the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University in Communications/Journalism with minors in English and Speech Communication. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking road trips.
Rose Mason
Personal Lines Account Manager
Rose is a 28-year seasoned Personal Lines Account Manager who specializes in personal insurance products such as auto, home, renters, umbrellas, and other individual-focused coverages. With nearly three decades of experience in the field, she excels at policy sales, service, underwriting and risk assessment. Rose serves as a trusted advisor to clients, often with long standing relationships. Her favorite part of her job is the relationships between her co-workers, companies and her clients. Always remembering the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.”
Rose has been married to her best friend Dave for more than 20 years. They have a large, blended family with five adult children and 13 grandchildren. They also have a dog named Sammy. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and taking excursions in their Jeep.
Robin Maxwell
Office Administrator
Robin has been a team member for more than 18 years. Her duties as Office Administrator include managing the agency's appointments and licensing and providing administrative support for the Chambersburg, Greencastle and Hanover offices, as well as the property and casualty department.
Robin has worked in the insurance industry for more than 49 years. She previously worked in the claims department for an insurance company for 30 years as a claim clerical supervisor. Her favorite part of her job is the variety of tasks and working with the team.
In her spare time, Robin enjoys reading.

Bell Insurance's normal office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have sustained a loss and need to report a claim during those hours, please call us at (717) 264-7518.

In the event of an after-hours claim or emergency, please contact your carrier directly.
