    Lindsey O’Harrow

    Account Manager
    Lindsey O’Harrow

    Lindsey O’Harrow is a Commercial Lines Account Executive with 15 years’ experience, specializing in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance. While she handles a wide variety of clients, her main focus has been in Construction and Pest Control. Her day-to-day duties include marketing prospective and renewal business and negotiating contract terms and premiums with underwriters on behalf of the client, creating and maintaining policy records, preparing and presenting proposals, issuing certificates of insurance, updating policy information, claims and invoicing.

    Lindsey prides herself on maintaining favorable and professional relationships with customers, co-workers, and insurance company representatives by being a strong team player and always showing willingness to help all reach their stated goals. Lindsey has been awarded Outstanding Customer Service Representative for the State of Nevada and holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.

    Becky Overmyer started with Loretz Insurance in 1984.  She has been the receptionist and customer service representative. She assists the agents and insureds working to provide the best possible service.

    James Porrello

    James Porrello serves as Senior Partner within the organization, providing risk management programs with exposure identification and analysis, guidance and support and ongoing monitoring and review.  James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  James has been repeatedly recognized for top production and account retention throughout his career.  He has worked closely with loss control consultants in helping policyholders reduce their insurance costs by improving their safety programs, managing their claims and reducing their loss exposures.  His in-depth knowledge, experience, education and proven record of success make him very well qualified to thoroughly assess insurance needs, recommend improvements or coverage options, and negotiate a tailored insurance program.

    My role in Alera Group as an account executive is the best part of my job. Having the opportunity to talk to many clients with different operations helps me learn and allows me to perform more efficiently at my job.

    I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was in the construction industry for over 15 years helping Vegas grow. I have been in the insurance industry since 2014 and plan on growing in this field over the next several years.

    International Roadcheck Is May 13-15. Is Your Commercial Transportation Fleet Ready?

    For 72 hours next month, commercial motor vehicles and drivers throughout North America will be subject to what the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) calls a “high-visibility, high-volume” inspection and regulatory compliance enforcement initiative.



    The annual event, known as the International Roadcheck, will take place at weigh and inspection stations, temporary sites and locations selected by mobile patrols from May 13-15 in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
