Meet Our Team
J. Gregory Zinn, CIC
Managing Partner
Greg oversees the internal management and leadership team of the agency, as well as serving as a Senior Account Executive. Greg joined the agency in 1985 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Insurance from Penn State University, becoming the third generation of insurance professionals in Pennsylvania. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation and is a member of C12 Group.
Greg serves on the boards of Evangelical Theological Seminary, and Community Homes of Lebanon Valley.
Greg and his wife Amy reside in Lebanon with their two daughters, Maddie and Jolie. Beyond the demands of family, business and community, Greg enjoys tennis and fitness, travel, and sharing good food with good friends.

Jonathan M. Zinn, LUTCF
Partner
Joining the agency in 1987, Jon is a Business Development Leader and a Senior Account Executive. He graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology and holds the Life Underwriters Training Certification, LUTCF.
Jon and his wife Donna reside in Lebanon. They are members of Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church, where he serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Jon is also a Board member on the Myerstown Vitality Partnership Board, and a member of the Myerstown Elco Rotary Club.
He enjoys spending time boating, hunting, and fly fishing.

Eric McBride
Business Development Associate Property & Casualty
With over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, Eric is a licensed insurance executive with a focus on commercial insurance in the contractor space segment for medium to large size organizations. He has also serviced organizations for their health insurance and bonding requirements, as situations arise.
Eric has served on a variety of leadership committees in the past, with the most recent one through the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) association, on their New Membership Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton, and currently holds a Construction Risk Insurance (CRIS) as well as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) designation.
Eric and his wife, Lauren, reside in Lehigh County with their two young boys, EJ (Eric Jacob) and Nicholas. Eric is a member and involved with the Knights of Columbus. he enjoys yearly family vacations outside Hilton Head Island, and around Bethany Beach. When he has free time, Eric enjoys TRYING to play golf and playing basketball, and watching his University of Dayton Flyers and Washington Football Team play.

Chuck Snyder
Senior Account Executive
Joining the agency in 2014, Chuck is a licensed insurance executive with a focus on commercial insurance and emergency service organizations. In 2015 he was awarded the Diversification Award by the Alliance of Central Pennsylvania for his outstanding achievements in selling a variety agribusiness, energy, trucking, healthcare and technology policies. Chuck is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Insurance. He has served in the insurance industry since 1995 with a background in claims management, risk management, and new business development.
Chuck and his wife Hillary reside in Berks County with their daughter, Kylie, and beloved companion, Hahn. Chuck is very active in his local Fire Department, currently serving as Captain and Trustee. They are avid Reading Royals ice hockey fans, and enjoy annual family vacations to Cape May, New Jersey.

Deadline for San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance is approaching
The annual San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance (SF HCSO) reporting by employers that have employees who work in the City of or County of San Francisco is due by May 2, 2025. Employers should be aware of the upcoming deadline even if they are not located in San Francisco.
The SF HCSO requires large and medium-sized employers to provide covered employees with benefits equal to or greater than the expenditure rate. Covered employees are those who have been employed for more than 90 days and who regularly work at least eight hours per week within the City of and County of San Francisco.

International Roadcheck Is May 13-15. Is Your Commercial Transportation Fleet Ready?
For 72 hours next month, commercial motor vehicles and drivers throughout North America will be subject to what the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) calls a “high-visibility, high-volume” inspection and regulatory compliance enforcement initiative.
The annual event, known as the International Roadcheck, will take place at weigh and inspection stations, temporary sites and locations selected by mobile patrols from May 13-15 in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
