Meet Our Team
Mason McEntire
Risk Consultant
Mason is dedicated to helping businesses in construction, real estate, multifamily development, and manufacturing/distribution navigate today’s complex insurance landscape. He combines industry knowledge with a pragmatic approach, designing customized strategies that not only protect his clients’ assets but also streamline operations and provide peace of mind.
Based in Houston, Texas, Mason began his insurance career at State Farm before expanding his experience in commercial property and casualty at Assured Partners and BCH. Mason earned his degree from Texas Tech University and is a lifelong golf enthusiast, having competed in the sport throughout his youth. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and visiting his family’s ranch in the Texas Hill Country.

Risk Consultant
Brandi brings a unique perspective to her clients, having years of experience on both the carrier and agency sides of the industry. She specializes in insurance solutions for the energy industry, trucking operations, and medical malpractice coverage for physicians and healthcare organizations. Her expertise also extends to habitational risks, contractors, and commercial property. Brandi provides coverage across all lines of insurance and works closely with clients to design comprehensive, competitive programs tailored to their specific needs.
Since earning her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Texas State University, Brandi has built a strong career in the industry and has held the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation since 2007. She continues to serve clients across Texas and in Shreveport, Louisiana. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys playing golf with friends and competitively in tournaments throughout the year, volunteering with CASA, spending time with her dogs, and following the University of Oklahoma football and softball.

Scott specializes in providing insurance and risk management solutions for clients in the oil and gas industry, construction, and nonprofit organizations. With a strong understanding of the unique challenges these sectors face, he works closely with clients to design programs that protect their businesses and support long-term success.
A graduate of Tarleton State University, Scott brings both knowledge and dedication to every client relationship. Known for building trust and delivering tailored solutions, he is committed to helping organizations minimize risk while maintaining competitive coverage.
Outside of the office, family is Scott’s top priority, especially watching or coaching his son’s baseball team across the state. He also enjoys traveling to tropical destinations with his wife and playing golf.

Operating Partner
Diannah specializes in medical malpractice and has built her career in an industry that is often complex and not widely understood. She is passionate about helping clients navigate this space with confidence and clarity. In addition to her client work, Diannah mentors the West Texas Growth Leaders. A proven innovator, Diannah played a key role in the creation of the Texas Medical Safety Group program through Texas Mutual, which provides medical industry employers with premium discounts, performance-based dividends, and access to tailored safety resources and eLearning courses.
A dedicated leader beyond the workplace, Diannah has been deeply involved in her community. She currently serves on the Covenant Board, volunteers at Covenant Children’s Hospital, and has previously served as Chair of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and the Goodwill Board. She believes that while financial support is important, giving one’s time is truly invaluable.
