Branch PresidentAmanda brings more than 30 years of industry experience advising organizations on Employee Benefits and Property and Casualty strategies across complex, multi‑state environments. She has a strong track record of helping mid‑ to large‑market employers manage risk, control costs, and align workforce strategies with long‑term business goals.
Known for a consultative, relationship‑driven approach, Amanda partners closely with clients to deliver practical, results‑focused solutions that support sustainable growth. Her work is grounded in building strong advisory teams, fostering carrier relationships, and creating measurable value through thoughtful risk management and benefits planning. She is actively engaged in industry leadership and is recognized as a trusted advisor who helps organizations navigate complexity with confidence. Amanda completed her education at Southeastern University.

Chip brings clients nearly four decades of comprehensive experience in insurance, risk management, and bonds. He specializes in discovering, preparing, and effectively marketing each client's compelling business story while ensuring their risk programs remain strategically aligned with business objectives. His extensive expertise spans risk assessment and analysis, claims management and advocacy, audit advocacy, loss control and safety programs, contractual risk transfer, and captives and alternative risk financing. He holds multiple industry certifications, including Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Marine Insurance Professional (CMIP), along with his designation as a Louisiana Civil Law Notary. Chip is deeply committed to his community, actively serving at St. Timothy Church in Mandeville.

Paul brings over 35 years of experience serving construction and trade contractors, service stations, manufacturing, machine shops, and public levee districts in the greater New Orleans area. Paul earned a position on the President’s Agents Advisory Council with Siebels Bruce Group, Inc. as agency principal, received a top sales award from the Fireman’s Fund Insurance in addition to establishing an exclusive garage liability program with Gulf Insurance endorsed by the Automotive Service Association. This extensive background and proven track record of developing specialized programs has proven invaluable in his current focus on the emerging vertical of Levee Districts. Paul enjoys fishing, hunting, boating, and outdoor camping.
Meghan Hoffmann, GBA
Benefits Consultant
Meghan brings nearly two decades of experience helping organizations solve complex business challenges through a strategic, results-driven approach. She specializes in employee benefits strategy, partnering with organizations of all sizes to assess their current position, identify opportunities, and implement thoughtful cost-containment solutions that create long-term value for both employers and employees.
Her background spans technology consulting, process improvement, and benefits advisory, including ERP integrations at Wolters Kluwer CCH; HRIS and workforce technology consulting with Paycor and Paylocity; and employee benefits consulting with USI. This diverse perspective enables her to align people, technology, and benefits strategies to support organizational success. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from LSU and has earned her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation.
