As head of Alera Group's Healthcare Liability team, Jason has helped develop the company's healthcare practice into a national leader. With a background in medicine, information technology and business development, Jason utilizes his physician experience and insurance expertise to develop risk management and insurance programs for hospitals, health systems, physician groups and other healthcare practices around the country.
Christey Beckert

Christey has specialized in the medical professional liability field for the majority of her 20+ year career in the insurance industry. Christey manages the team in our Western PA office with clients throughout the Northeast and Midwest. She has a deep expertise in the insurance issues facing medical practices and is a strong advocate for her clients.
Paul Curtis

Specialization: Reinsurance Programs, Complex Risks, VBC Downside Risk
With over 40 years of healthcare insurance experience, Paul is a preeminent expert in the New York market, overseeing and managing relationships with large physician groups and hospital systems. Paul uses his in-depth knowledge of trusts, captives, RRG’s, etc. to develop tailor-made programs for complex risks.

Partner
Mark Ledger is a Partner within Alera Group’s Healthcare Liability practice and specializes in professional liability solutions for locum tenens organizations and healthcare staffing firms. With more than 25 years of experience, he works closely with locum tenens companies, physicians, and healthcare organizations to address complex multi-state exposure, credentialing requirements, and contractual risk. Mark is known for his deep expertise in locum tenens liability and his ability to deliver practical, market-driven insurance strategies tailored to this highly specialized segment of healthcare.
