Graeme Weinland
Inside Sales Account ManagerAfter graduating from Texas Christian University (TCU) in 2020, Graeme Weinland joined jweinland Group Benefits as an account manager and inside salesman. After two years of learning the complexities of the industry, Graeme has transitioned to an outside producer role with a focus on small and mid-market sized clients.
With a strong foundation in the business, a breadth of product knowledge, and an aptitude for sales, Graeme has positioned himself well to assist regional businesses with their employee benefit needs. He believes that a producer should explore every avenue and always search for better ways to service clients in what has become an extraordinarily complex business environment.
Graeme was born and raised in Shreveport. Graeme graduated from TCU with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Communications Studies. He enjoys playing soccer, golf and is married to fellow TCU graduate Julia Trunfio-Weinland.
Anna Pullig
Account ManagerAnna Pullig joined our team in 2020 as a group benefits coordinator, but has since been promoted to Account Manager due to her strong work ethic, drive to provide our clients with top-level attention and her love for learning our industry. Anna graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Child Development. Prior to joining jweinland, she exceled as a guest services specialist at a large Christian camp in east Texas. Her unique skillset includes attention to details and the minutia of this industry. Anna lives in the Shreveport-area with her son and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Lane Cantrell
Inside SalesLane Cantrell joined jweinland Group Benefits in 2019 and serves our small to mid-market clients as our Inside Sales Executive. With over 20 years of insurance experience in private specialty lines, Lane works closely with all of our small to mid-market group clients to offer the exceptional service and attention they deserve. A graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Lane grew up in Shreveport and resides there with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family.
Dominique McNaight
Renewal SpecialistDominique McNaight is the Renewal Specialist for jweinland Group Benefits. With her years of experience in insurance claims management and policy administration, Dominique plays an important role in the highly complex renewal process for our self-funded clients, as well assists in the day-to-day client service of jweinland Group Benefits. Dominique studied at Louisiana State University in Shreveport and is a licensed life and health agent. She resides in Shreveport with her husband and daughter and also has an adult son who has joined his step-father in the family business. When not working, Dominique enjoys spending time at home, tending to their two Longhorns, Red Bull and Buckshot.

Don’t Forget About Your Gag Clause Attestations
When the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA) was enacted on December 27, 2020, it included a provision that prohibits group health plans and health insurance carriers from entering into certain agreements that, either directly or indirectly, restrict the release of certain information related to provider networks and de-identified encounter data, among other things. Such restrictions are commonly referred to as “gag clauses.” The CAA also requires plans and carriers to attest annually that their agreements do not include such impermissible gag clauses.
