Alera Group Acquires Cafeteria Plan Advisors, Inc.

Location expands expertise in employer provided benefits
Alera Group, a leading financial services and risk management company, is pleased to acquire Cafeteria Plan Advisors, Inc., a company specializing in the administration of employee pre-tax benefits plans such as premium only plans and flexible spending accounts (FSA).

The company provides Premium Only Plans (POP), Flexible Spending Healthcare Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Transportation Accounts in addition to consulting services for employers regarding their pre-taxed or tax favored benefits to a variety of businesses such as schools, municipalities, restaurants, hospitals and private corporations.
