She oversees both the operational platform and the practice’s expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.

Her broad-based experience across client service, operations, compliance, marketing and communications gives her an edge when building and growing best-in-class platforms. Tina’s philosophy is that only a highly integrated approach can give advisors what they need to reach and retain clients—and that communication is the key to success.
